1. Privately owned e-scooters can only be used on private lands
2. Beryl e-Scooters can be ridden on the public highways subject to
a) rider is registered with the scheme for use in Bournemouth and Poole (not Christchurch)
b) rider has a full or provisional UK driving license
c) the Beryl e-Scooter can only be ridden on the roads or in designated cycle lanes where they exist, and NOT on pavements or shared-use walkways
